Training with the Fitness Funatics gave me the ability to do something I never would have thought possible- running the full 10km of the Huron Shores Run. I found that Personal Training sessions are a great way for the shift worker to customize their workout to suit the time available.
The Fitness Funatic is a great workout environment no matter what your current level of fitness is-those just beginning their fitness journey should not be intimidated, as the atmosphere is very supportive and non-judgemental.

This past Christmas I found myself at my heaviest weight. I needed to get smart and get healthier. I have gone to all the gyms in the past and have the cardio equipment at home but I needed something different, I needed discipline! This is where Shelley came in. At first she went easy on me to get things started and then when I really needed that kick she gave it to me. I could never commit to attending a gym on a regular basis and having her come into my home is ideal for me...No Excuses!! I have seen results with her workouts as far as feeling better, increased energy levels, as well as losing weight and inches. In all respects, Shelley's plans have met my expectations, and I'm learning new exercises that keep my workouts fresh and intersting.
